All You Need To Know

How can I book a flower or drink wall?

Just fill out an inquiry form at the bottom of our home page here!  We'll get back to ASAP regarding availability.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your rental is required to reserve and hold a date.

What does my rental include?

Each rental includes up to 5 hours of service along with delivery, set up, break down, and pick up!  We will coordinate with you to have everything ready before your guests arrive.  


Events surpassing the included 5 hours will be charged an additional $50 per hour. 

Are there delivery fees?

Delivery to locations within 15 miles of Babylon, NY are included in rental price. Additional delivery charges apply for events outside of this range.

Within 16-30 miles: $45.00

Within 31-45 miles: $55.00

Within 46-55 miles: $70.00

Montauk/Hamptons: $125.00.

Can I add a neon or wooden sign to the flower wall?

Of course!  We have several neon and wooden signs available for rent as an add-on that look amazing on any of our walls.  Just be sure to include this on the inquiry form when booking.  Have your own sign?  No problem!  We can hang and display it for you.

Do you offer custom neon signs?

Yes.  We have a partnership with a local supplier that can create your custom neon sign to your exact specifications.

Can my rental be moved to a different location during my event?

For safety purposes, clients cannot alter, disassemble or move any rentals.  However, we do offer a service that would include one a member of our team to remain available to move a rental during your event for an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings cancelled by client prior to 72 hours from the start time of the event may be rescheduled. Deposit funds may be applied to the rescheduled date.  Bookings cancelled by client within 72 hours from start time of event will forfeit deposit.

What is your policy for damaged rentals?

The client will assume all liability during the rental period.  This includes any risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the equipment.  In the event of damages or total loss, buyer will be held 100% financially responsible for value of equipment.
